On Jan. 29^th Wolong and Enapter (a German company) signed joint venture agreement formally. Both parties will establish a joint venture company in China, collectively dedicate to the development of AEM electrolyser technology related products in China region. The Chairman Jiancheng Chen of the Directors Board of Wolong Group witnessed the signing of contract. The Chairman Mr. Xinyuan Pang of Wolong Electic Drive Group and CEO Mr. Jürgen Laakmann of Enapter signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
